This policy explains how PawLeader ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit pawleader.com, fill in one of our forms (including forms inside Facebook and Instagram ads), book a call, or otherwise contact us.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business or clinic name, city and job title.
- Your answers to qualifying questions, such as your role, budget range and timing.
- Messages you send us and notes from calls with you.
- Basic technical data from your browser (pages viewed, device type), collected by our hosting provider and, where enabled, advertising pixels.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, check whether your business is a fit, and schedule and hold calls.
- To send you a proposal and follow-up messages about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To deliver services you buy from us and handle billing.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Meta (lead forms and ads), Google (email, calendar and spreadsheets), our website host and form-delivery provider, and payment processors. We may also share it when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and client information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and for up to 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing heliisa@pawleader.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights. We will respond within the time the law requires.
